A four session (75 minute each) virtual experience for leaders starting weekly on Monday, January 17th.
What does the heart of a Pastor / Ministry / Non-profit Leader Crave?
Lead Yourself – will provide this and more!
If you are a Pastors, Ministry leader, a Non-profit leader, or a Christian Leader in Business, most likely you believe the above is possible. But if you’re honest, due to the brutal challenges you are facing in these turbulent times, there are moments you may find yourself slipping into losing hope, giving up on your God-given dreams, or at the very least, feel a bit stuck on how to most effectively move forward.
Kingdom Way cares deeply about you and wants to come along side you to provide a confidential, safe, encouraging and learning environment to help. That’s why we’ve created this special, 4-week, virtual experience. It’s been designed specifically with you in mind.
Through an assessment based-coaching, 4 week encounter you will find much of what your heart and your leadership craves.
From a faith-forward perspective here’s some of the assessments, assignments, and outcomes you can expect from this experience:
A Word About Costs / Minimum Participant Requirement
We realize for many church leaders, in particular, especially in parts of the world outside the U.S. that many coaching / leadership development opportunities can be out of reach for most. Again, we created this with you in mind. Typically the caliber of coaching and training being provided in this 4-week experience would be made available at a minimum $1000 or more, which is why we are thrilled to offer it for just $200 US dollars. Beyond this expense there is one assessment each participant will need to purchase themselves for $10 US dollars.
- A minimum of 10 participants will be required for Kingdom Way to move forward with Lead Yourself, so if you’re interested secure your spot ASAP to let us know!
- Due to any cancellation by Kingdom Way due to a lack of participation, fees will be refunded in full, otherwise refunds will be issued only in special circumstance
- VIDEO LINKS will be provided for those who may miss a live session.

Your Coach for the Journey - Dan Anderson!
As a speaker, coach, mentor and author, Dan gets jazzed about inciting and outfitting marketplace leaders and Pastors to thrive in life, business, and ministry through transformative learning experiences. With leadership tenures both in the marketplace and in the church serving as a Pastor, he brings over 30 years of insight and wisdom to those he empowers through regional events, executive team trainings, monthly peer advisory and mentoring groups, and coaching.
Dan and his wife, Ilona, have been married for over 30 years and live-in northern Colorado with their daughter Isabella. They also possess great pride in their twin sons who are serving in the United States Navy. Dan enjoys reading, hiking, biking, working out, and an occasional round of golf.
Dan serves as the President/CEO of Kingdom Way Ministries, is a certified coach with Five Capitals, and also holds credentials with Strata Leadership as well as possessing a master’s degree in counseling.
