By 2009, Don had served as President of three organizations in both the public and private sectors. He built business teams that consistently delivered stellar results. Throughout his career, Don viewed his faith in Jesus as the driving force behind various leadership positions he fulfilled. He believed that each company he led provided a pastoring opportunity to employees, vendors, and clients. With his strong track record and nearly 35 years of business development experience in the healthcare sector and now living in Loveland CO, Don joined Sandler Training as an authorized trainer/coach. Don retired from Sandler Training in May 2022. Today he remains passionate about bringing value to organizations and helping individuals to develop and grow. His current business is Overcash Consulting, LLC where he also welcomes speaking engagements.
He received his B.S. Pharmacy from the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy and later earned his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Don and Debbie have been married nearly 49 years and have two married children, David and Danielle, and a grandson. Don is currently serving (2015- present) his community as a City Councilor/Mayor Pro Tem. And here’s a fun fact that everyone should know: in 1979, While he and Debbie owned a retail pharmacy along with Debbie (also a pharmacist), they conceived and co-founded a unique community event, The International Eelpout Festival—Google it!—that continued for more than 35 years and drew thousands of visitors each winter to Walker, MN, bolstering the region’s tourism industry
