“What proves that a marketplace leader’s faith is real?,” Many might say:
- Someone who is joyful, hopeful, patient, faithful, kind, or determined.
- Someone who possess a deep trust in God in every circumstance.
- Someone who serves and regularly seeks the interests of others above their own?
All great answers right? Perhaps even expected answers. But how many Christians in the marketplace do you think would respond to such a question by saying something like, “Someone who is intentional about sharing their faith everywhere they go, including in their workplace where they spend 60+% of their waking hours? Probably not many!
In this WorkLife Connect we’ll wrestle with WHY and endeavor to discover some answers to questions such as:
How can I turn conversations into "open doors" of opportunity for sharing my faith?
How can I increase my confidence - even boldness - in sharing my faith in my workplace?

More About Victor Dawson - Our Guest Speaker, Business Owner & Author!
Victor Dawson is an Ambassador for Christ, Servant Leader, Entrepreneur, Global Business Owner, and World Traveler. He spent the first part of his career in corporate executive positions in sales and marketing, manufacturing, operations, engineering and product development.
Victor is Founder and President of Summit Group International, a global product sourcing and manufacturing company, focused primarily in Asia and Latin America.
He is a founding partner of Cuddle Clones, a company in Louisville, KY, that makes plush pets that look exactly like your pet.
Perhaps even more important to Victor is his passion for Evangelism and Discipleship and Living Out the Great Commission. He has been involved in CBMC (Christian Business Men’s Connection) as a volunteer leader for 27 years. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of CBMC USA for 7 years and CBMC International for 4 years. For the last 3 years he has been on the CBMC USA national staff responsible for New City Development.
Victor is also the Founder and CEO of As You Go, a ministry making it easy for people to share their faith – to spark a conversation that impacts eternity. He has also published a new book called As You Go and a song by the same name has been recorded.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech in Atlanta and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Victor has been married to his wife, Nan, for 47 years and they live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They have two married children, a grandson (10), and a granddaughter (6).He
