Brad will share a unique exercise that helped him through one of the most challenging points of his career. Running on empty and feeling he'd "sold his soul", he experienced a breakthrough when his daughter asked him a question that brought tears to his eyes and his coach then guided him to find clarity on what truly mattered.
Brad will walk the group through this same exercise and allow each to reflect on what's important and what lies ahead. This experience for Brad helped set in motion a deeper trust in God to lead his career and bring a Kingdom-perspective to his work.

About the speaker
Brad Billingsley is the VP of Sales at Alera Group.
Brad has led sales organizations during his 30+ year career in some of the most intense and competitive organizations in business. In 2010, he left the corporate world to become an Executive Life Coach, working with CEOs, Professional Athletes, and elite military operators to transition to a career and life with purpose, meaning and joy. With over 5,000 hours of coaching experience, he now uses this experience to lead sales for Alera Group, a Private Equity backed insurance broker.
