For 35 years Dan has been a trusted break-through-guide helping leaders in business, education and non-profit sectors to thrive in every dimension of life and business through his speaking, coaching, mentoring and writing.
Having leadership experience in the church as a Pastor and in business, Dan brings a broad array of value and wisdom to every individual, team, and organization he works with and holds certification/training credentials with Five Capitals Coaching, Strata Leadership, Blackaby Coaching , His Way At Work – and most recently – as a certified FULL FOCUS trainer with Michael Hyatt’s Full Focus Organization
Dan and his wife Ilona have been married for over 32 years and live in Northern Colorado with their daughter Isabella. They also possess great pride in their twin sons who are serving in the United States Navy. Dan enjoys reading, hiking, biking, working out and an occasional round of golf.

Greg brings 40+ years of experience in business, nonprofit leadership and service to community. Greg has been involved in fifteen businesses either as start-ups or investing and has served on over twelve nonprofit and ministry boards throughout his career. But Greg’s real heart is in serving and is a natural at networking.
Greg’s skill set is in growing business. Recognized as a Business Growth Strategist, Entrepreneur, Executive Coach and Author, Greg’s marketing ingenuity and aggressive growth mindset combined with keen listening and servant skills provides quintessential coaching insight and support.
Greg comes from Texas and grew up in his fourth-generation family business of men’s clothing stores. It is here where Greg learned how to work hard and sell to customers. Over the years of Greg’s career, his “selling” skills morphed into “serving” skills, which he has applied successfully in the many ventures he has contributed to.
Two additional improvement tools Greg offers to clients are Cultural Transformation Teams and Profit Coaching.

With over 20 years of experience in Office Management, Jana has honed her skills in ensuring smooth operations and providing top-tier support to leadership. With half of these years being in the Real Estate Industry and the rest spread between a Chiropractic office and local schools, Jana has seen firsthand the importance of bringing God to the workplace and how impactful it can be for both business owners and the people they serve.
As a dedicated wife and mother of two, she has mastered the art of balancing family life with professional endeavors. Her lifelong commitment to ministry, deeply rooted in a family of ministers, has shaped her passion for helping others. Organized and enthusiastic, she loves bringing people together through event planning and helping others find their passion. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, spending quality time with family, camping & listening to music.

Tammy brings over 15 years of experience in business, project management, and strategic consulting, with a heart for serving Christian entrepreneurs. Since founding her branding and marketing company in 2017, Tammy, in partnership with the Holy Spirit, has been dedicated to supporting business owners and ministries worldwide by building a brand that sets them apart and helps them stand out in a crowded online market. Her company, TheJoyfulCEO.com focuses on developing brand identity including logos, websites, graphic design, and social media management.
Her vision began to take shape when she realized the power of combining her strategic expertise with a network of skilled workers, creating a system where projects are managed with precision and care, all while advancing the Kingdom of God. Tammy’s role is not only as a project manager but also as a connector — bridging the gap between her clients and her team, ensuring that everyone works harmoniously toward a common goal.
Raised in a Christian home, Tammy’s faith is central to her life and work. She resides in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, with her loving husband, Jeff, and son, Evan. When she’s not busy running her business, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, campfires, helping others find healing as they seek Jesus and opening her home to host those in mission work who need a place to rest and recharge. For over 30 years, Jeff and Tammy have a passion for gathering with other believers, serving and encouraging them.
