“Learning to Lead & Leading to Learn”

February 8 @ 11:30 am - 12:45 pm

Free

Leaders need to be learners. For any leader to effectively lead, each must learn not only to prepare for their leadership opportunities but while they are in the midst of leading. The best lessons are the ones that we learn through our experiences, both the achievements and the challenges. And the best leaders are those who intentionally learn through both, and apply those lessons directly… to the next opportunities…

Join us as Sosamma Samuel-Burnett, Founder/President of G.L.O.B.A.L. Justice, shares “7 Lessons for Every Christian Leader” that she has learned through her nearly 45 years of leadership experience from student to professional, in advocacy, business, education, and the public sector.  Rooted in biblical principles, tested through practice, and applicable at every stage of leadership in work and community, these lessons are impactful for every Christian leader.

As always, this WorkLife Connect will be rooted in biblical principles, tested through practice, and applicable at every stage of leadership in work and community, these lessons are impactful for every Christian leader.

In addition to being inspired by and enjoying connecting with like minded leaders, you can also expect to discover the following:

5
How to develop leadership skills before you are in a leadership role.
How to learn from challenges & failures to prepare you for success.
How to effectively pursue your purpose & calling as a leader.

and much more…!
