After obtaining an MBA from Xavier University and spending 7 years with Procter & Gamble, Tim had a major life pivot and set off on a journey to create a company where people couldn’t wait to get to work. His goal with SEEK Company was to develop leaders and organizations through humanizing innovation for the world…every person…every project…every chance he gets! Now serving as the CEO of Five Capital, Tim continues to serve as coach and business advisor to executive leaders and companies and is thrilled to expand the impact of Five Capitals nation-wide. Tim and his wife live in Pawleys Island and have four children.
