After High School, John enlisted into the United States Army where he spent 6 years stationed at 1st Ranger Battalion in Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, Georgia. John had several deployments and 3 years in a row, he represented the entire Ranger Regiment competing in the most grueling event in the world which is known as Best Ranger Competition. During his military tenure, he met his wife Ana, and together they settled in Northern Colorado in 1999. Building a successful career in the restaurant industry, John rose through the ranks with remarkable speed, ultimately overseeing 35 restaurants across 4 states. His dedication to family is evident in his unwavering commitment to his wife and sons, Evan and Ean, whom he considers his greatest blessings.
John has seen firsthand how combining an advisory group experience with one-on-one executive coaching, and commitment to mutual accountability is a powerful combination to help leaders take their business, and ministry, impact to a much higher level.
