“The Self-Aware Leader”

In 2018, Cornell University posted a report where they looked at the 72 most successful companies in the world. Their primary goal was to understand what made these companies successful. After looking at a myriad of company traits such as organizational structure, product portfolios, go to market strategies, competitive sets, etc..., the primary key indicator that pointed to the success of all 72 companies was one thing. The self awareness of the leader. In other words, the more self aware the leader is, the more successful the business.
In this session with Tim Urmston, CEO of Five Capitals, we will all be called to take a purposeful look in the mirror and evaluate ourselves as leaders. The mirror will ask us to answer four profound questions that every leader must answer and ultimately, we will develop a roadmap for success based on what we see. Please join us on August 10th for this truly reflective journey into our own leadership hearts.

After obtaining an MBA from Xavier University and spending 7 years with Procter & Gamble, Tim had a major life pivot and set off on a journey to create a company where people couldn’t wait to get to work. Now as the newly appointed CEO of Five Capitals, Tim continues to serve as coach and business advisor to executive leaders and companies thrilled to expand the impact of Five Capitals nation-wide.
